You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to update it as necessary.
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not misuse the Platform, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operations, or use the Platform to distribute harmful or misleading content.
Training providers and instructors are solely responsible for the accuracy, quality, and delivery of their events. BadgeOps does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or outcomes of any listed training.
BadgeOps may facilitate payment processing for training events. By submitting payment information, you authorize the processing of transactions in accordance with applicable terms. BadgeOps is not responsible for disputes between participants and training providers, including cancellations or refunds, except as explicitly stated.
Cancellation and refund policies are determined by the training provider unless otherwise specified. Users are responsible for reviewing applicable policies prior to registration.
BadgeOps collects and processes data necessary to operate the Platform. By using the Platform, you consent to this collection and use as described in our Privacy Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BadgeOps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.
We strive to maintain reliable access to the Platform but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. BadgeOps may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time.
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction in which BadgeOps operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
